Returns

The inverse trigonometric cosine, in radians.

Returns the inverse trigonometric cosine (arc cosine) of a number, in radians. The result is in the range 0 to pi. Use DEGREES to convert the result to degrees. This is the inverse of COS.

Example

DEGREES ( ACOS ( - 0.5))
DEGREES ( ACOS ( - 0,5))

Returns 120.
