Number Number (optional)

The second number. If omitted, it is assumed to be 0.

Number Number

1 Or 0.

Returns 1 if both numbers are equal and 0 otherwise. This function is an implementation of the (mathematical) Kronecker delta function.

DELTA (4, 5)

DELTA (4; 5)

Returns 0.

DELTA (5, 5)

DELTA (5; 5)

Returns 1.

DELTA (0)

Returns 1.

SUM ( DELTA ({ 3, 5, 7 }, 5))

SUM ( DELTA ({ 3; 5; 7 }; 5))

Returns 1, the number of array elements that are equal to 5.
