The inverse trigonometric tangent, in radians.

Returns the inverse trigonometric tangent (arc tangent) of a number, in radians. The result is in the range -pi/2 to pi/2. Use DEGREES to convert the result to degrees. This is the inverse of TAN. To compute the arc tangent from two coordinates, use ATAN2.

DEGREES ( ATAN (1))

Returns 45.
